POLL: Is anyone else other than me sick of pale, sparkly vampires and crazed, raving werewolves?

Oh yes. I was interested in writing about vampires and werewolves before she published her books. Now, I'm afraid to write it because I don't want to be accused of catching onto the craze, or worse, sounding like everyone else out there. I am working on a vampire short story, but I really have to be careful now not to make it sound like a certain someone's story idea.
