How to attract white women?

I am a 20 year old Latino attracted to white women. There here has been an influx of white women in my community and i just happened to like a few. Something i have noticed is that white women are only attracted to other white males but it could just be were i live. what do i have to do to attract them to a Latino young baby faced man like me. Talk about cheese and how good it feels to eat locally, green, grown produce? ahaha I'm joking but on a serious note I would like some advise from some lovely ladies.
