I had a nose job. Is this much swelling normal?

I had a nose job last week on Tuesday. My cast just came off today and it looks amazing.. Except for one thing. My bridge seems EXTREMELY fat/wide. Is this normal? I'm freaking out because it almost looks like a pig nose.
