Music, theater, or Broadway major?

Okay so I want to major in something that has to do with music, theater, or Broadway. Maybe even film or television. Preferably theater. But I don't want to be in front of the camera or in front of the mic if you will, I want to be behind the scenes. I am trying to find a major that fits with that. I can see my self being a casting director, or a producer or something like that. I guess my question would be, what will I be able to major in and what schools have majors like these? Serious answers only please. This has kind of been my dream. I love music, and I love theater.
