Can Monta Ellis run the point?

I guess he could, but I think he's better off as a shooting guard. He could be a Derrick Rose type of player where he is a score first PG. If a team needed a PG, and a primary scorer, he would fit in nicely there, but he wouldn't fit in somewhere that already has good scorers, and needs a true PG, like the Lakers or the Heat. I think there's a good chance he leaves eventually, I'm not sure if it will be this year. It seems to be a popular thing right now to betray your team and join up with stars. I doubt he would play PG, but it's a possibility.
