Would you agree that immigrant children are usually better behaved than their English counterparts?

I'd say they have a very structured home life and it attributes to their behavior in public. Also the parents are probably very consistent in what they expect cause that girl with her hands on her lap behaving nicely just may of been wanting to run around too.
