Immigration and language?

right now spanish is a commonly heard language in the usa and most immigrants are from spanish speaking countries. but 100 years ago, most immigrants were from europe and languages like polish and italian were commonly heard, but now the generations after them don't speak anything but english. do you think that will eventually happen with hispanics in the usa? also, what ethnic group do you think will have the next big influx in immigration to the usa?
