Is there great influx of han Chinese beggars to Xinjinang, Gansu & Qinghai in the Muslim holy month of Ramdan?

Xinjiang, Gansu and Qinghai being part of East Turkestan have a large Muslim Uyghur population. Muslims are in the habit of giving alms to the needy in the month of Ramdan. What percentage of han Chinese beggars travel to these regions from mainland China to benefit from the benevolence of Uyghurs in the holy month of Ramdan?
