Is it wrong or not? ?

I've been having a really hard time paying attention in church and even praying. I have prayed about being able to pay attention but I just can't. Today I have a choice of going to Wednesday church or going shopping with my cousin and afterward reading the Bible with her. Is it wrong to not go to church on Wednesday's? I thought the Bible said to go on the sabbath day....not hump day. Any Bible verses I can use or anything to decide?
