Is it me, or is it that immigrant's children are usually more well-behaved than English ones?

Bs, some kids are like that. That quiet kid could be autistic and the loudmouth could have one of the mental syndromes. My cousin's kid does **** without asking anybody anything. He screams at the top of his lungs in the public. He beats other kids and people. He takes candy without asking. He checks every drawer in the kitchen. He is Serbian.
