Does Wolverine (of X-Men) age?

Well get this, In X-men first class he looks exactly the same age as he did in X men Origins, even Professor X and Magneto who are younger than him when in fact they are older than him, but he still looks about in his late 20's in both films, should they have used a younger actor like they did for the rest of the cast?. I don't get it! Does he not age or something?
