Do Jehovah's Witnesses have any "Ex-Nigerian" Scam Artist Members Now?

The watchtower seems to be getting a bit edgy as of late,....with requests for jewelry, land, deeds of trust, property...they asl have a money exchange system for foreign money. Was there an "influx" of ex scammers that just "snuck in", maybe?
