Are we still to Remember the Sabbath Day and keep it set-apart, as that is the Sign of the Covenant?

When you receive the Holy Ghost, every day is the Sabbath day. Why? The Sabbath day was a day of rest, prayer, reflection and worship. That is now everyday for Christians. We are not under the law, but under grace. The commandments still stand; however, you do not by law have to reserve Sabbath day ( Friday sundown to Saturday sundown) as a holy day. A lot of Christians get this confused. I did. The Bible straightened me out.
