Would you agree that the majority of immigrant children are more-well behaved than English children?

I did not note any disciplinary issues while in London last week, although I have noticed that Hispanic kids in the US and Mexico are left to do as they please with no parental intervention. American kids are only a little better, and oriental kids are absolute angels.
