What can be done to get British people back in to work?

We have had an open doors policy with the E.U mow for several years that has assisted a mass influx of jobless unskilled people primarily from Eastern Europe to come to the U.K and absorb all the unskilled and semi skilled work that was done before by our young people,(1 million 16-25 year olds unemployed in the U.K),and then the rest of the population that relied on working unskilled jobs and part time work such as students and people of lower skill and with poor education etc,on top of this we have had the substantial immigration from outwith the E.U from 3rd world countries such as Pakistan,India and Africa,again many unskilled and unable to speak or read English,is it not time to give our own people a chance of work instead of employing the rest of the world?
